The new National Standard for Renewable Resources Recycling Sites will be officially implemented on July 1, 2026. The standard divides recycling sites into collection points and transfer stations, with strict requirements on site environment, environmental protection facilities and operation safety.

It is estimated that 15% of unqualified small recycling points will withdraw from the market, and industry concentration will increase significantly. Central state-owned enterprises and listed companies accelerate merger and acquisition layout.

Standardized recycling transfer stations are required to be equipped with professional sorting equipment and hydraulic baling machine, realizing closed-loop management from collection, sorting to baling and outbound transportation.
